Sunset Boulevard meant to capture the interest of Hollywood’s top content creators. Our work resulted in millions of positive impressions from coverage in real estate, business, entertainment and architecture publications throughout the world.

Mesa West Capital provided a joint venture led by Regent Partners and Mariner Group with $50 million in short-term first mortgage debt to refinance Thompson Savannah, a 193-key luxury hotel Savannah, GA. This financing was an opportunity to provide a moderate leverage loan against a recently delivered, high-quality full-service hotel in one of the top tourist destinations in the country.
